Hi Gina,
Beautiful here too.
Did better on the carbs today but was really hungry. Couldn't find anything hi protein that was appealing. DH wants to start strict low carbing tomorrow tomorrow. He's up 8 lbs.

B: bacon, protein shake
S: protein shake
L: turkey and Swiss on thin WWbun, 1 cookie
S: protein coffee, small handful of almonds
D: few bites of a beef casserole...stopped 'cause it didn't settle

V: one batch left

it sure was beautiful outside.  we kept finding reasons to stay outdoors. 

double protein coffee
scrambled egg w/sausage/bacon
walnuts
protein iced  coffee
fried shrimp
salad bar.- mostly protein choices w/ blue cheese
1/4 baked potato w/ butter
sm piece of coffee cake
protein coffee

fluids 90+ oz

Total carbs = 31g

1 batch left for a total of 100,000IU Vit. A, 1 Vit. B-50, 1200mcg B-9, 5000mcg B-12, 2000mg Vit. C, 50,000IU D-3, 800IU Vit. E, 1000mcg Vit. K1, 1500mg Calcium Citrate, 300mg Iron, 125mg Magnesium Citrate, 2 Multi Vitamins and 100mg Zinc
