Off to high school graduation tonight (my DH is a teacher).
Work has been extremely busy this week and I'm exhausted.

Have a real hard time in my region finding full or 2% fage yogurt...
Protein coffee (30)
Protein bar (20)
cheese & nuts (10)
nachos (10) lunchmeat (10)
chicken casserole (15)
snack?

My regular grocery store can run low or be out of Fage 2% as well,. I can always find it at Whole Foods but it's way out of my way. Trader Joe's carries 2% as well, but requires another trip. {sigh}

Hi everyone! I've missed the forums while on vacation. When I got back, all my vitamins and supplements were here waiting for me!!  I bought a 4-a-day weekly pill organizer to keep track of all of them.  

BITES: (6 weeks post op)
B - protein shake (39g), 1 c. milk (8g)
S - 3 maple sausage (15g)
L - grilled cheese & bacon w/ Chompies high protein/low carb bread (56g)
S - none
D - lightly floured fried cod (33g)
Total protein = 135g
Total carbs = 40g

VITES:
All 4 batches done for a total of 100,000IU Vit. A, 1 Vit. B-50, 1200mcg B-9, 5000mcg B-12, 2000mg Vit. C, 50,000IU D-3, 800IU Vit. E, 1000mcg Vit. K1, 1500mg Calcium Citrate, 300mg Iron, 125mg Magnesium Citrate, 2 Multi Vitamins and 100mg Zinc

EXERCITES:
Not much :(

SLICE OF CAKE RUINED MY CARBS FOR THE DAY:( BUT ... I CANT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I HAD A PIECE OF CAKE:) SO IT WAS YUMMY!
