Well, back to the grind today.
Severe weather brewing for this evening, we've been fortunate so far this season,

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: salad with cheese, ham, garbanzo beans and beets.
S: Akins granola bar
S: cookie
D: pork chop, mashed ptaotes
S: ????

V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: work plus moved furniture and put the house back together after the painting over the weekend

We're getting hit right now. Big red blob heading right for us. Warnings are just saying strong storms and flash flooding. Y'all take care out there. When you guys have bad weather you're talking twisters.

Hey Guys! Hope you all had a lovely holiday weekend!
Not a bad  day for me foodwise I think!

B - low carb tortilla stuffed with 2 slices bacon and some scrambled eggs that had a ton of chopped green onion and shredded cheddar, coffee with HC
S - Nothing today as busy!
L - low carb tortilla stuufed with salad, cheese and ham, mayo and a diet coke
S - pepperoni chips dipped in ranch mayo
D - small amount brown rice and a ton of chilli with sour cream &cheese

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

wasn't very hungry today.  had to make myself eat. feel fine,  just not hungry.
