double protein coffee
1 slice ww toast with tons of bacon and mayo
walnuts
1/2 greek & 1/2 regular blueberry yogurt mix
2 chili dogs crammed into 1 whole wheat bun
handful of cheese doodles
trip to the salad bar.  lots of protein packed in my dish (w/blue cheese dressing of course)
sm piece of coffee cake
double protein iced coffee
more walnuts
4 slices lebanon bologna
1 string cheese stick
planned:  my nightcap - final double protein coffee

vites:  all on schedule
fluids: 90+ oz be bedtime

Hi Gina and Noreen,
Yes, Gina, thank you for your service to our country. I've thought of you many times today. My dad was career army and the military hold a special place in my heart.

Spot checked by blood sugars today and was very pleased. Numbers were good.

Oh, found a container of the "old" champion at my health food store.

B: bacon, protein shake

L: turkey and Swiss on WW thin bun
S: cookie
S: almonds
D: cheeseburger on WW thin bun and one slice avacado...couldn't fini****
S: plan a small piece of key lime pie
