i ate a lot today.  lots of good stuff and plenty of the bad stuff too. sparks tracks at 159 gr of protein.

double protein coffee
2 scrambled eggs w/tomatoes & crumbled italian sausages
pc raspberry danish
walnuts
pastrami w/ mustard
corn chips
3 hershey's kisses
roasted pecans
cookie
sm hamburger no bun, 3 slices of thick cut bacon
1/2 bbq chix breast
2 sugar cookies
double protein coffee

Exercise............ hernia has been bothering me for over a week........... so I took a long nap today & I am still tired, so no exercise, body said I needed to heal & I listened
