Hi there, Gina.  Hope all is well with you. 

Trying to break my 2 month stall.

B-protein coffee
S-cheeses stick
L-protein coffee
D-protein drink
S-beef Jerky


Vits all in for the day (vitalady's regimin)
Exercise-yard salingfor a good 4 hours, in & out of car, to & from car.... HA HA.  Aggrivated my hernia, so taking it easy as hernia is making me have discomfort (surgery not until August because I developed an infection in my incision back in January).  So not going to have too much strenuous activity.

Good luck breaking your stall. I have a feeling getting the hernia fixed will break the stall for sure.
