The weekend is here!!! Actually, work was fine today.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: Adkins granola bar
L: salad with cheese and garbanzo beans, cottage cheese
S: cookie
S: salami, nut thins with cream cheese (didn't settle well...ate because I was so hungry)

Glad today was good. The crazy doc on a even keel for a change or not there?  lol  I know you can't wait for her to be gone.

It was quite surprising today....she was mellow. She now rotates off service for a couple of weeks so just have to deal with her clinic days.

Bought all the stuff to paint.... And will get paint tomorrow. Pool temp is 82!!! Will be out there this weekend.

double protein coffee
8 slices bacon
hard boiled egg
tuna salad
few chips
almonds
double protein coffee
1 fig newton
cheeseburger 1/2 the bun off
2 sugar cookies

fell asleep before i could get in my last protein coffee and vites...............not good
at least my fluids were good.  80+ oz
