evening batch: starting 

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks

Hi Gina,
Long day sitting in a conference....included lunch. Had to pick and choose. I find this more tiring than running around all day. But, it was a half way decent meeting,

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese, few grapes
L: salad, cheese stuffed pasta something, mini 3 bite brownie
S: almonds
D: Brok's pizza

V: one batch left
E: none
F: plenty

Looks like you did good today. Wish my stomach would calm down from this crappy new protein shake formula. Gonna have to send the rest back and buy something else.

B-protein coffee, scrambled eggs and cheese
Snacked through lunch on peanuts and jerky
D- checked breast and sautéed squash and onion
S-protein coffee

Water- 50ish oz
Vits-all but bedtime batch
Excercites- none traveling all day!
