VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks

Hi Gina,
VERY stressful work day!!!
Good news, though. My ferritin is 140....up from 6 after 2 infusions. Plus I figured it's cheaper for me to do the infusions instead of taking all the pills.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: almonds
L: cheese nachos
S: Adkins granola bar
D: pulled pork, few bites of mashed potatoes

V: one batch left
F: behind
E: just work

I was threatening to add wine to my am shakes!!

One of our attending physicIans is either bipolar or schizophrenic or whatever. The last few days she's been taking it out on me, but now I'm her BFF again. Ugh!! Plus we have a ton of very sick women. This doc is leaving the end of June.

Afternoon - skipped
Evening-starting soon

Hey GUys, not a bad day food wise!
B - 2 eggs scrambled with a sausage patty, coffee with HC
L - shrimp and devilled eggs, diet coke
S - cheese cubes, salami and pork rinds
D - grilled cheese sandwhich with a ton of cheese and some fried onions
S - will be a double scoop shake

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
