VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks in the rain

Hi Gina,
Tried a new lunch and I didn'T get hungry! Took Ezra stuff but never ate it.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: Greek yogurt with blueberries and pecan, salami
S: almonds
D: fish, mashed potatoes
S:???

V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: off to dance rehearsal

Called about lab results and lab is still "looking for them".

New lunch sounds great.

How long ago were your labs? 2 weeks is usually enough time for my doc's office to get them. They may need to look under other patients' accounts and see if they "got lost".

I had a CBC and ferritin 6 wks after my iron infusions. The turn around time is 24hrs or less. Hopefully I'll hear something today.

Hi Gina and friends,

Bottomless pit today...as usual:

B: bacon, eggs w/ cheese
S: RTD protein shake
S: 2 baby minibel cheese
L: chicken lunch meat and cheese w/ mayo
S: sweet nut mix
S: Greek yogurt cup
L2:  3 peices of KFC fried chicken
S: SF pudding cup w/ Land O Lakes whipped cream
D: tuna melt without the bread (tuna salad with cheese melted on it)
S: cake shake w/ Land O Lakes whipped cream

The carbs were hiding in the sweet nut mix, the chicken and the yogurt.

I'm fairly happy with my choices.  Compared to what I WAS eating this is LOW carb.  I hope the scale will reward me with even .5 lb loss this week.  I'm going to start participating in the Sunday weigh in OTOF (on the other forum).
Exercise:  35 minute bike ride.  AFTER the rain lol.
Vites:  All in.  Will try taking a D dose by itself in the early morning when I get up.  Right now the 4 doses have been with Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium.
