S: 10 gram protein bar w/ 14 carbs
S: handful cocoa almonds, string cheese, babybel cheeses
L2: shrimp cooked in butter, raw oysters, 1 chicken wing, turkey and cheese rollups. 1 small pita cracker with dip
S: Carb Smart Bar
Exercise: mowed the lawn with the push mower. YIkes. I almost didn't make it. That is HARD work.
Fluids: a metric ton of water
Vites: My usual 6 doses of Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, etc... plus all the rest. Going to see an endo on Thursday to see why my PTH is rising even tho I take so much Calcium. My D isn't terrible but it isn't 80 either so I am now taking four doses of dry D a day.
Dinner plans unclear. Most likely another cake shake and some popcorn.
My goal is to be able to wear the same clothes I wore on the first DS cruise on the second. I think I am 5-10 lbs from there.

Housework, yard work, skimmed the pool
Lost exacty 5 pounds last week for a total weight loss of 39.2!!! 98.2 pounds to go!
