D - brisket, gluten free gravy, red taters and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream

calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

Hi guys.  I'm going to try to be back for a bit.

B:  bacon, 2 scrambled eggs loaded with cheese
S: shake cake w/ Land O Lakes Whipped Cream
L: egg salad
S: Greek yogurt w/ 20 carbs
S: 10 gram protein bar w/ 14 carbs
S: handful cocoa almonds, string cheese, babybel cheeses
L2: shrimp cooked in butter, raw oysters, 1 chicken wing, turkey and cheese rollups.  1 small pita cracker with dip
S: Carb Smart Bar

Exercise:  mowed the lawn with the push mower.  YIkes.  I almost didn't make it.  That is HARD work.

Fluids:  a metric ton of water

Vites: My usual 6 doses of Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, etc... plus all the rest.  Going to see an endo on Thursday to see why my PTH is rising even tho I take so much Calcium.  My D isn't terrible but it isn't 80 either so I am now taking four doses of dry D a day.  

Dinner plans unclear.  Most likely another cake shake and some popcorn.

My goal is to be able to wear the same clothes I wore on the first DS cruise on the second.  I think I am 5-10 lbs from there.

Excellent Bites. You might want to try to take some of that D away from your other vites, like in the middle of the night if you get up routinely.

It's a fonduE restaurant to die for. Four course meal takes 2-3 hours and includes cheese fondue, salad, meats/veggie fondue then chocolate fondue. OMG!!!! It's fantastic,,,and expansive,

B - protein shake (38g)
S - none
L - 4 oz. hamburger patty, cheddar cheese, 2 slices bacon, sauteed onions (39g)
S - none
D - Syntrax Fuzzy Navel protein drink (24g)
S - need to get in at least another 19g of protein, maybe another 4 oz hamburger patty with cheese?

VITES:
Only took multi, calcium & iron (waiting for  all other vitamins from Vitalady and Costco)

EXERCITES: 
Housework, yard work, skimmed the pool

Lost exacty 5 pounds last week for a total weight loss of 39.2!!!  98.2 pounds to go!
