S - none
L - 2 KFC chicken legs (22g)
S - 2 dill pickle spears
D - 6 shrimp ****tail (6g), 1/2 c. mashed cauliflower w/ cheese, bacon & sour cream (21g)
S - I'm going to try the new Syntrax Nectar Fuzzy Navel I got in the mail today! (23g)

VITES:
Only took multi, calcium & iron (waiting for  all other vitamins from Vitalady and Costco)

EXERCITES:
None :(

Excellent!  If you don't like the Fuzzy Navel plan you might like it mixed with Crystal Lite.

Here's mine:

PROTEIN COFFEE
1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (Champion Nutrition Chocolate, Nectar Vanilla, etc.)
{shake} until blended-not long
Pour into a huge mug
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}

Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.
