VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks

Vits all but night barch
Llots of water
1.5 mile bike ride

Excellent and I think Greek yogurt is a great choice for an evening snack.

 Yes!! I'm trying to get 10 more pounds off and I would be happy.. !! Thinking I'm going to back to steak and greens see if that helps.. I have been at this for 2 months now!! It's makin me crazy! My one year is tomarrow so I don't have time to be playing around here! Lol :)

 Understand. The last 10 can take several months. -1, -.5, -1.5, etc.  be patient and persistent.

Hi Gina,
I need something new for lunch. Which shake recipe do you use at lunch and how do you do it at work?
Day was going really well until the last hour when one of the physician's attacked me verbally,
Also, hassled trying to negotiate the prices and associated stuff for surgery.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: turkey and Swiss on thin WW bun, Adkins brownie
S: nothing.....too busy
D: cheeseburger, thin WW bun, hit dog.....whoops....3 cookies.....stressed

Y: one batch left

Ugh...I'm so sorry. What a crappy end to the day.

I have a chocolate shake at lunch. 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 6 oz of ice water, 2 squirts of Barlean's orange omega 3-6-9 swirl, 1 1/2 scoops of Syntrax Nectar chocolate truffle protein.

Just trying to think through the logistics of taking all my shake stuff to work and keeping it cold. I also worry about getting hungry.
