 I look forward to reading these everyday, so I figured I would join in...

BITES: (4 weeks post op)
B - protein coffee (38g)
S - 30 pistachios (12g), cheese (5g)
L - KFC chicken leg (11g)
S - cheese (5g)
D - 1/4 c. shredded BBQ chicken (8g), 1/4 mashed cauliflower w/ cheese, bacon & sour cream (15g)
S - I still need to get in another protein drink for 38g

VITES:
Only took multi, calcium & iron (ordered all other vitamins from Vitalady and Costco today)

EXERCITES:
Yard work (pulling weeds, pruning & raking)
