Dr Rabkin is in SF -- no idea about Medicare. www.dsfacts.com is a good list of surgeons and contact info.

Dr. Rabkin does not take Medicare. The hospital does, but he doesn't.
You could call Dr. Cirangle's office, but I'm doubtful, and I believe he has a big program fee.

Dr. Keshishian does take Medicare, but he's further away (Glendale and Delano). He also has a program fee, but probably substantially less than Dr. Cirangle (this is just a guess on my part).

I'm pretty sure Dr. Crookes in Los Angeles takes Medicare, and he doesn't have a program fee.

That's about it for CA.  Head over to DSfacts.com to see more of your DS resources.
