A few years ago it would have ruined me and made me so uncomfortable. I've noticed in the last year that my tolerance has gone WAY up for the fake sugar it's just that ummm I genrally don't want the fake stuff.

I use natural quest bars. Full of fiber - and not many SA - then one there is erytritol - the mildest one.

Peanut Butter Protein Balls:
1/3 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (I added an extra 1/8 cup and cut back the honey)
1/4 Cup honey (I only used 1/8 cup)
1 Scoop Isopure Dutch Chocolate Protein Powder
3 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
3 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips (unsweetened) -
Mix it all together, roll it into 14 balls, and refrigerate overnight.
The base recipe is 80 calories each with 5g protein/6 carb. As I noted, I cut back the honey and used more peanut butter to bring the protein up and the carb count down. I don't like things super sweet to start with, though, so it's a matter of taste. You might be able to use a SF syrup made with Splenda instead of the honey to take it down further.
