7 months out doing great but...
i guess it's the same old story, i'm down 110 pounds now and feeling ******g fantastic yet once in a while i'll look down and think 'god im fat' lol. maybe it's because my formally spare tire, which is now a spare training wheel, is still there and hasn't totally dissipated, maybe its the hanging arm fat, or maybe its the inner thigh blub. still, i look and feel great so i guess its all in my mind? i heard this happens. i'm 210 now, i ahven't been 210 since i was 17, ill be 34 next month so i've effectively cut my age in half.
have you all had this problem in the middle of your losses? happy yet a little blah?

You've done great, and yeah, I think our emotions tend to go all over the place for a few years post-op. Almost as bad as those hungry days followed by I-can't-eat-more-than-a-couple-of-bites days. One day at a time. :)

I think I'm doing well. I feel great but don't have a scale! lol. I'm trying to get all my stuff( water, vites, med, protein) in but as we all know, it ain't easy.
You're still in that "melted candle" stage. I just yesterday saw a picture of myself taken when I was about seven months out, and was shocked at how saggy and floppy I looked, and I had less to lose than you. Now, I think, especially since I'm 51, I look pretty freakin' normal! Your skin does catch up some, especially since you are younger. Good job on the weight loss!
