***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Yea i made up my protein shake but left it at home (which is an hour away from where my games are, and don't get home till 11:30pm). So i just need to not space it and leave it on the counter lol
iron on the other hand i am not holding well on my tummy. i have tried quite a few types and have been sadly disappointed. so next month i get my 6 month labs and another follow up with my pcp. we will discuss options when i see him:)

i got super sick this weekend, it did catch me. lost my voice for 3 days but i made sure to stay up on my protein and fluids and i am feeling 10 times better today. i did have to break down and take my first tylenol since my complications:) gosh that helped a lot! got two sball games this week so i need lots of protein this week. ordered more from vitalady today actually, mmmm good
