So sorry you're under the weather. I hate colds!
Another sick day at work. Have decided it's sausage....it tastes good but doesn't set right.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: sausage
L: cheese nachos. (came back so doesn't count
D: don't know....probably another shake

V: one batch left

Are you reacting from the grease in the sausage?  

Just got a call from Martina from GA. She's in the hospital with a potential obstruction. Keep her in your prayers tonight.

Oh, no. Keep me posted about Martina.

I don't know about the sausage. I eat bacon every day without problems. I came home early, took a short nap then took some prilosec. I feel much better now,..just focusing on fluids.

I was just looking for something different.

One thing I am loving is becoming more active.

Bugs me that I am slow with my quickness. My college softball me would laugh at the current me! I need to start doing some auxillary classes and some running.... that is soon to come!
