 I suck on eating today 

Breakfast- Double protein shake
Snack- Peanuts
Dinner Spaghetti very few noodles
Snack I hope later- Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries

I am not hungry today at all.  It was hard for me to get that protein shake down

I am still loosing weight I hit goal in March but for the last 4 weeks I have lost a minimum  of 3 pounds a week.  I am weighing 141 as of today.  What can I do to keep me from losing to much weight.  I look tiny.

I would increase the protein shakes and keep an eye on the BMI. If it is getting close to the bottom of the "normal" BMI scale, it might be time to ask your docs about, Creon, digestive enzyme.

Hi Gina
I tried the protein coffee with Jay Rob vanilla over the weekend and looked it, but today didn't. So, I'm still looking for a good vanilla that I like. I'm not wild about the IDS either.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese, sausage links
L: 1/4th of my turkey and Swiss sandwich (then got sick....throwing up in clinic is pretty awful)
D: bacon, protein coffee, cookie
S: ???

V: one batch left

 Gail, have you tried Walmart Body Fortress vanilla or just add vanilla flavoring I am talking about t he flavoring you get from baking section.  I ran out of vanilla protein I actually used my baking vanilla flavoring in my unflavored protein.

Thanks for the idea, Martina. No, I haven't tried that one. I buy the HUGE containers of Champion. Before surgery I loved Designer, now hate it.

Vanilla is a hard one to find because the whey taste seems to come through. I can use Nectar and JayRobb without a problem but I think you have to try it a few times to get past the whey taste.

 Hi everyone... 
Been having a hard time eating correctly.. Poor hubby is getting tired of my aroma!! 

B-protein coffee
Scrambled eggs cheese, few bites of some dessert the neighbor brought over!
S- home made chicken leek bean soup
L- left over chicken Alfredo with quinoa noodles
S- meat cheese... Few more bites of "that" dessert :(
D- more chicken alfredo
S-popcorn, Greek yogurt bar

Horrible gas !! Again:( I really need to get it together!! Rrrrrrr
