Hope your about well now.
I need to come up with something new for breakfast. I get hungry....really hungry, after about 2 hours.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: Adkins granola bar
L: turkey and Swiss on thin WW bun, pickles, 2 cookies
S: almonds
D: Brok's pizza
S: ???

V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: went out to buy sheets and got some size 14 capris...oh, and got the sheets too.....got a keep me out of stores

I have a new theory about shakes first thing in the morning. Make them less sweet. I have a suspicion that if we start the day on sweet stuff even if its fake sugar we'll want more to eat sooner.  Let's test it this week.

So, instead of chocolate or other fancy blends, I'll just have plain vanilla with coffee.

 Very busy day.  My oldest daughter had semi formal.

Breakfast:  3 bites of chicken biscuit
Breakfast 2: double peanut butter chocolate protein coffee
Lunch:  boiled egg and 16 oz Diet Cranberry juice
Snack: Powerade Zero 24oz
Dinner: Hot dog no bun and one bite small bite of Birthday Cake.  ( I am paying for it now)
Diet Blueberry Cranberry juice

Exercise busy all day no rest
