D - baked chicken and rice

Hi Gina,
Hope you're feeling better and your day at home went well.

The week has gone really good until the last hour or so in clinic. Just ended on a bad note, but tomorrow will be a good and better day.

91 here today.

Yep, feeling better and was able to work from home yesterday too, thanks.

 Ok today I felt sick of stomach only thing that did not make me feel bad was my double protien coffee

Breakfast- Double protein cofee
Lunch- Volcano Nachos ate 3 nachos and topping
Dinner- top of pizza
No snacks today
