So far...

B1-Double scoop protein coffee
B- bagel with cream cheese, coffee( had a breakfast meeting at my brothers coffee shop)
L- Tuna cassarole(heavy on the tuna and light on the noodles)
L2- Protein coffee
S- summer sausage with horseradish cheddar cheese on top.
D1- more tuna cassarole(it was so good!)
D2( soon) protein coffee

Not the best day butI kinda feel blah....

Looks good to me. Sometimes adding some carbs a day or 2 a week helps keep the weight loss steady or the maintenance easier. Don't worry too much.
