Maintenance mode here too
B- protein coffee
B2- eggs with cheese and sausage
L- Protein shake
S-summer sausage with horseradish cheddar cheese slices on crackers
D- tuna steak and pasta salad
S- protein coffee

I had a few handfuls of jellybeans in there too :)

 Ok I thought that I was going to do better with intake today but I think I did worst.

Breakfast- Double Protein Coffee that I loved 
Snack-Peanut butter
Snack-Boiled egg
Lunch-Sloppy Joe no bun
Snack Peanut butter 
Dinner- Fried chicken thigh and teaspoon of  rice

Liquids Did not get in more than 20 oz of fluid after protein shake.  

I have terrible gas which most of the time make me not want to drink.  Posting here is helping me remember to eat.  

No exercise today 
Forgot to take A.M vites.
