Hi guys,
It is beautiful here today. Got my last Six Sigma test completed, put a brisket in the oven to slow cook for 6 hours or so, tanned for 10 minutes and babysat the youngest grand baby this afternoon...we took a nap together in the recliner. :)

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
2nd B - bacon, egg, grits and protein coffee (30g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - Protein shake (30g)
S - nachos w/fresh salsa
D - brisket w/rice flour gravy and red taters

VITES: 
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: pending

EXERCITES:
a little vacuuming

How far along are you in Six Sigma? I'm just starting out - and they are not calling it 6 sigma at my company, but it's the same principles. They've taken principles of both LEAN manufacturing and 6 sigma and made our very own tailored program. I have taken 8 online courses so far, and we just completed our first workshop and have our project charter kicked off as of last week. Obviously, I'm just trying to get to the associate (first belt) level this year.

We're doing plain old 6 Sigma and I just finished the green belt. Going for the black belts aren't a requirement but I may go after the first level black belt sometime later this year.

those recliner naps are awesome, and the fact that you shared it with a little one is just priceless.

free tastycake mini donuts at the grocery store today - literally throwing packages of donuts at you.

Should havede done better with food choices but hey everyone have a day
