So sorry, I have not been on this site in awhile - we moved from WA state to Virginia.
You can google Madigan Army medical center - get the information number & request the phone number for 'surgical services' ask for a bariatric nurse or surgeon to call you back.
You should go to your primary care doctor & get a referral for weight loss surgery - then start the pathway - seeing & getting cleared by 'the list'; pulmonology, nutrition, psyciatric eval, ect. (You can ask for that list to be emailed to you).
When you get ready for surgery you will need a supprt person with you if you are flying in. You can contact the Fisher House & possibly stay with them if your husband is active duty & they have any open rooms - they also can give you a waiver for a local hotel for very discounted rate.
