How do you make your gluten free bluberry pancakes?
Party at lunch at work Ugh

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: turkey and Swiss on thin WW bun, pickles, couple slices of cheese, brownie
S: Adkins granola bar
D: about 4 bites of chick and 2 waffle fries
S: ???

I buy a gluten free pancake mix. The last one was Bisquick gluten free. They come out pretty thick so be ready to add more milk or 1/2 & 12 than is listed on the directions.

L-left over cat fish

S-Julian bread with peanut butter

Walk/ jog

Pancakes do sound yummy!

The gluten free pancakes are really good but still have a lot of carbs. You have to plan for them.
