When will you get your Dexa scan results? I usually get mine in a couple of days.

No excercites!

Started  on the primal defense ultra.. Is it common to be more "gassy" and "bloaty" when starting a new probiotic?

It's possible for the new probiotic to make you more gassy. You have to try a few to see what works best for you and I understand it could take a week or so on them to have them take affect.

posting late here.  work is really tough going right now. 100 mile travels working.  6 days a week.  working 10-12 hr days. ugh.  pay off is being off 3 days next w eek.

double protein coffee
9 slices bacon
hot dog w/1/2 a roll
cheez doodles
mini carrots
unsweetened applesauce
double protein coffee
worked until 8 pm - no dinner & no protein shake.................. grrrrrrr

vites:  missed a calcium
fluids:  lost count after 70 oz
