Hi Gina,
Our dinner is similar. DH has a late class andso it's just me.
For whatever reason was rally hungry today at work and didn't take enough extra stuff,

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
S: almonds
L: cheese nachos
S: Adkins's granola bar
S: more almonds when I got home
D: bacon,scrambled eggs
S: ??

V: one left
F: plenty

Was on a conference call for 4 hours...then dexa..got no walking in today. How was your dance practice last night?

Went well and I got a good work out. In two weeks we'll start weekly practices on preparation for our big trip in June.

Gina, I am so glad to see you always keep this post going - it is a comfort to me to be able to come back here & get on track, or feel like I can post - knowing every 'B o d y' is processing food differently & also depending on excercise how the results look.
I am still in DS maintenance at 2 yrs & 3 mos out. Currently 137lbs today. I fluxuate between 135-139 depending on what I have eaten & how much elimination or excercise I have gotten.
TUES BITES:
B - 2 eggos w/ peanut butter, black berry jelly & syrup, OJ
S - some chocolate or nuts?
L -  Anniversary lunch a sky city restuarant (on top of the Space Needle); 1/2 bowl crab corn chowder, 2 small crab cakes/ melt & some whole grain, cranberry, apple, celery salad. 1/2 small chocolate molten lava cake with vanilla icecream.
S - all but 2 bites of a bacon cheeseburger, 1/3 sm fries & 1/2 root beer from A&W
D - left overs; 1/2 beef enchillada & some special fried rice; w/ham, bacon, chicken, egg.

VITES: all DS VITALADY schedule plus; potassium, boron, hair-skin & nails, extra vit D.
Done - need to post labs - had to remove B Complex - was too high.
EXERCITES: hike up hill & through woods with hubby & our newest member of the family; a Dalmation; for 30 mins.

Good to see you back, Tina. Your Bites sound great. Post your labs or send them to me and I'll tell you what I think. I only take B-complex once a week too but I have to take B1 every day.
