Well I am a litle late but here it goes.

B-low carb wrap with ham, cheese, tomatoe, mustard and bacon.
S- Almonds
Lunch low carb wrap with ham cheese, tomatoe, mustard and bacon.
S-salami and cheese
D- two catfish and fried mushrooms
S-catfish and granola bar
