I wish you felt better too. :( I had to ask DH to stop buying pistachios--I could eat them non stop all day. We gotta get hold of this grazing, Gail. Any ideas?

Wish I did have some ideas. I get really hungry, not head hunger, about every 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. I hate feeling that way. Then sometimes its just boredom or mindless snacking.
Last evening we watched a movie and I had a CS ice cream bar. When I got ready to go to bed I was starving and couldn't find anything. Often I can't do heavy or solid food that late. Anyway, ended up eating some cheese and almonds and drank a ton of water.
