Calendargirl had her DS surgery today
Your friend and mine Calendargirl had her DS today! Woo-hoo! It was with Dr.Berntsen, and assisted by Dr. Dunshee. This was a long time coming for her -- she has been a member of OH wanting a DS since 2008! I saw her and her husband after surgery, and she was having trouble with nausea and pain. After a nurse brought more meds for those, it caused her to go back to sleep. So, that is what I know. Apparently the surgery went as it should. Will one of you post a picture of her avatar -- I don't know how, and I think lots of you will recognize whom I am referring to when you see it. (It is a take-off on the movie, where a woman is holding a sign at her chest, and, in this case, it says "switch me.")
Glad she is out of surgery!!!! Here is to a boring & uneventful recovery!!!
