Well, I am back!! The reason I have been gone for so long is I haven't lost a pound in about 5 months. Seems like I go up and down the same few pound which I know is normal.... I don't like it. I have decided to get back on track and that includes getting on here and being accountable. So here I go....

Crab feed time and I am going to eat all I can.
I may have another snack maybe some pork skins it depends on how the day goes but thats it for now.
