I think I eat lots morebthan you do, Gina. Today I was too busy to eat much and just wasn't as hungry as yesterday. I really have a snacking problem

hi everyone.  traveled over 100 miles today for work. think my butt cheeks are permanently flat from sitting in the car for hours.

double protein coffee
8 slices bacon
hard boiled egg
almonds on the ride down
chunk of meatloaf
6 slices of hard salami w/mayo
smoked brie
mini carrots
few chips
3 strawberry sugar wafers
double protein hazelnut iced coffee
1/2 bacon blue cheese burger - 1/4 of the bun
cashews
leftover fish fillet
planned: my usual night cap of ........drum roll please....................double protein coffee (lol)
can you tell i was hungry all day long?

vites:  right on schedule
fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime

Hi there everyone,

Well, I am back!! The reason I have been gone for so long is I haven't lost a pound in about 5 months. Seems like I go up and down the same few pound which I know is normal.... I don't like it. I have decided to get back on track and that includes getting on here and being accountable. So here I go....

Breakfast
Coffee
1 Protein shake with silk milk
 Breakfast II
Hotlink w/cheese and low carb bread
Snack
jerky

Lunch
Hotlink w/ cheese and low carb bread and some mustard
1 cup cabbage

Diner

Crab feed time and I am going to eat all I can.

I may have another snack maybe some pork skins it depends on how the day goes but thats it for now.
