D - 1/2 bunless hamburger w/coleslaw, a few chips and a hard cider

that hard cider sounds good, but i put too much other junk in my system today and think any  type of libation would put me over the top.

double protein coffee
egg bake w/ham, roasted pepper, swiss cheese
pepperoni crisps
almonds
1/2 cinnamon roll
5 hershey kisses
mix of 1/2 greek yogurt & 1/2 blackberry traditional yogurt
insides of a cheese steak hoagie
few fries
small coke
1 scoop vanilla ice cream topped with hot apples
planned in a few minutes:  double protein shake

vites:  missed a calcium again today ......grrrrrrr
fluids:  80+ oz by bedtime
exercise:  re-did the front yard landscaping for 5 hours (gonna be sore tomorrow)

Hi Gina and Noreen,
I need to get back on track tomorrow too. Sundays are my free day.
Struggling on the decision whether to have hernia repair with or without TT then who to do and when. DH says just make the decision and stick to it.

D: chicken tortilla casseole, tomatoes and avocados out of the salad, brownie

DINNER: CHICKEN W/BROCOLLI
