I haven't heard anyone talk about how they prepare their protein shakes, and honestly with my nievity I thought everyone must own a blender! LOL

But I found this on Amazon, it's called the "Blender Bottle" and I wish I had this WEEKS ago! I used it for the first time yesterday and I LOVE it. Has anyone else heard of these or have one too?? I just can't sing it's praises enough, it's wonderful! No more lumps or clumpy shakes!! I am so happy I would just dance! LOL I found mine on Amazon ($13 w/shipping) but you can also go directly to the site at www.blenderbottle.com They work beautifully!

I converted to the blender bottle with wire ball when we redid our kitchen a couple of years ago and haven't looked back since. Love them!

The Blender Bottle is a wonderful thing! I own at least 6 since I like to premix my Crystal Light or ice my coffee. I also love Journeys Edge mixing thingy which I purchased from Amazon. I make my hot coffee right in it (using Keurig, but not necessary) and then dump a scoop of protein powder in & turn it on. Voila! No lumps or clumps!

I think I am going to have to purchase a couple more of these, they are FANTASTIC. And they have a cookbook on their website to purchase. But I think i am going to get at LEAST 2 more of these, they are fantastic!
