Hi Gina,
Much better today. I took some strong pain medicine last night and went to sleep about 7:30.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: cheese nachos
S: part of a cinnamon roll (it attacked me. )
D: bacon and fried eggs
S: ???

V: one batch left
F: plenty

Hey You guys!!
In answer to your question gail, I like the cinnamon raisin Julians bread the best! usually slathered with cream cheese and sf preserve lol

Yesterday was good till about 9pm and while watching Real Housewives of Orange county I ate a creme egg and a reduced sugar klondike bar and had a glass of wine!! Bahh  no darn discipline lol

I went for an hours power walk yesterday and really enjoyed it!

B - 2 egg omelette with a ton of cheese, coffee with HC
S - 2 pepperjack cheese sticks
L- big salad with cheese, bacon, egg and chopped chicken and a ton of garlic ranch dressing, large iced coffee
S - some bacon strips and a ton of water (I like the zephyrhills orange infused sparkling water at the moment)
D -low carb wrap with 5 strips bacon, cheese, red onion and lettuce and garlic herb mayo and a few sweet potato fried, large glass water

Then I ate the aforementioned goodies/baddies and the yorkies suffered the torment of the gas lol
Oh well, onwards and upwards and when I think of what a "bad day" means now its almost funny compared to what I USED to consume lol

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Thanks, Yorkie. That's tHeone I like too but have never done it with cream cheese, etc. May have to order some bread.
