Hi Gina,
My whole body hurts from my fall yesterday. Maybe the Reclast helped last year since I didn't break anything, I'm not even going to try to go to dance rehearsal tonight.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: turkey and Swiss on WW thin un, pickles
S: almonds
S: Adkins granola bar.
D: bacon, protein shake
S: nothing since I'm going to bed early

V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: it was all I could do to walk at work, LOL

Tomorrow will be a better day!!

Thanks. It's kind of nice to be back to a routine.

After listening to my DD and my BFF talk about dieting over the weekend, I feel really blessed with my DS, even with all the struggles I've had.

S-Julian bread with alive of cheese and sausage patti
L-cheese crisp dipped in sour cream ranch dip... Peanut butter chocolate egg.... Bad idea.. Poor hubby is suffering :) !!
S-string cheese, peanuts,dried blueberries
D-chicken, cheese on a corn tortilla, Greek yogurt

Hey Guys, how are you all doing?? Missed you all so popped back to say HI and post.

I hope you feel better soon Gail!!

B- julian bread with sf raspberry preserve and cream cheese, coffee with HC
L - low carb wrap stuffed with cheese, ham, sliced onion and bell pepper and mayo, large glass water with Mio squirted in it!
S - atkins shake and a pepper jack cheese stick
D - tilapia with lemon butter and broccoli in cheese sauce
S - double scoop champion choc and a fage yoghurt over a couple of hours watching tv

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
