happy easter to you too gina.  neighbors brought us some bakery goodies.  i left the polish bow ties out and put the cheese danish in the freezer.

double protein coffee
dunkin' donuts steak/egg/bagel.  only ate 1/2 of the top bagel
pepperoni crisps
easter dinner (over 2 hours)
6 oz ham
broccoli & cheese
homemade dinner roll w/butter & blackberry jam
baked pineapple
2 deviled eggs
few spoonfuls of potato salad
polish bow ties for dessert
double protein coffee

vites: all in
fluids:  70+ oz

Happy Easter, Gina and Noreen,

Day started good until I tripped and fell in the garage. Nothig broken but I fell like someone ran over me. Bet I'll really be stiff and sore tomorrow,
Then there was the food.....

B: Bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: deviled egg
L; turkey and swiss on WW thin bun
S: CS ice cream bar, almonds, 2 cookies (eaten over a couple of hours)
D: Chips and guac then bites (off everyone else's plates) of ribs, meatloaf, salad, mashed potatoes, birthday cake

V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: laundry, falling

Tomorrow its back on the wagon.

Ouch! I'm glad nothing is broken but you really didn't need to test to see if your vitamin K1 is working for bruises that way. :(  I hope today won't be too bad. Take it as slow and easy as you can.

D - toasted hot ham sandwich on thin buns w/ mayo, cheese, lettuce & tomato (15)

all vits but last one / almost all water / no exercise
