Day started good until I tripped and fell in the garage. Nothig broken but I fell like someone ran over me. Bet I'll really be stiff and sore tomorrow,
Then there was the food.....
B: Bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: deviled egg
L; turkey and swiss on WW thin bun
S: CS ice cream bar, almonds, 2 cookies (eaten over a couple of hours)
D: Chips and guac then bites (off everyone else's plates) of ribs, meatloaf, salad, mashed potatoes, birthday cake
