Going to church this evening with some girlfriends. We may go somewhere else tomorrow. We have our favorite praise and worship leaders all over the city

Hey Gina,

I am just curious, I've noticed that you routinely eat the same things in the AM (protein coffee and fage yogert w/blueberries).  Do you ever get board with eating the same things over and over or are they your favorites that you never tire of??

And, do you ever try different fruit with your yogert?  Like strawberries, blackberries or even banana?

My taste buds must not be awake until noon. lol  I really don't care what I eat on a routine basis--never been a foodie, just a grazer.  Bananas will never be a part of my diet--too many carbs. I do like to switch up fruit when the farmers market opens and I can get fresh strawberries or peaches. Weekends are my time to change up a little--they're more free and I eat more carbs than usual.
