I'm glad this week is about over.
Get my second iron infusion tomorrow.

L: turkey and Swiss on WW thin bun, pickles, almonds
S: Adkins granola bar
D: chicken fajitas (no tortilla), guacamole, chips
S: don't think I'll be hungry

It's been great working at home this week. I stay busy but can do little tasks here too.

I hope the iron infusions get you back on track and give you the energy you need.

much better today eating wise.  not perfect, just better.

7 sl turkey bacon

1/2 sandwich w/lebanon bologna, mayo, swiss,  on rye
few chips
mini carrots
strawberries
yogurt

pot roast
mashed potates
corn
sm slice of chocolate cake

fluids:  80+ oz

Double Protein coffee
A little bit of cheese enchilada, re-fried beans, and rice ( could not even eat a quarter of it)
2 Chicken drummets Mac and cheese

I did a lot better with fluids today will do more tomorrow.
I walked again today.  

Weight is steady hanging between 145 and 150.
