***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Hi Gina,
I actually have been feeling really good the last couple of days, but hit a brick wall of fatigue about 3 this afternoon. DH suggested that I wait until the sun goes down to go to bed.....we'll see.
B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: baby bell cheese
L: cheese nachos
S: Adkins granola bar
S: handful of almonds
D: pulled pork, couple grape tomatoes, slice of avocado
S: ???
V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: none

The Adkins bars don't bother me at all. My favorites are the chocolate chip granola bar, the mudslide bar and the cranberry almond bar.
My favorite baby bell cheese is the white cheddar. My DH likes the Swiss. Each one is 5gms of protein,
I also like Sargento string cheese sometimes for a change.

one of those incredibly stupid days. i ate so much sugary crap and bread that by the end of the day the thought of a sweet protein coffee made me nauseous. dear god, why did i make such awful choices?

1/2 hard boiled egg
2 sausage links
almonds
assorted easter egg chocolates
italian sausage on 1/2 roll
chocolate iced donut
shrimp w/ rice pilaf
double protein coffee
slices of pound cake w/frosting
roast beef sandwich w/pickles, mayo, swiss, on rye toast
vites: at least i took them all
fluids: only part of the day that i did well 90+ oz
