Looks pretty good. Do you make your shepherds pie with taters or a substitute?

That's what I was looking for. I love mashed cauliflower. Your shepherds pie sounds great.

 Heres how I make it
1lb hamburger or more if you want
1 package of bacon
1onion chopped
16 ounces green beans(frozen) or peas
16 ounces cauliflower (frozen)
1 egg
2 TBL butter
1/4 or so sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese or more
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Brown bacon. Set aside. Brown burger cook in onion. While bacon and burger are cooking boil green beans or peas per directions. drain add 1 Tbl butter, salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Cook cauliflower drain. put in prossesor or bowl and add remaining butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a few chopped slices of bacon.. Mush all together.
In baking dish put hamburger and bacon (chopped) stir in 1 egg(beaten) put some cheese on it then layer on the green beans or peas. Put a little more cheese. Spread on cauliflower mix. Top with more cheese. Bake 350 until bubbly!
Add green bean
