Going to support group tonight so I'm posting early. :)

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - Cheetos
L - protein shake (30g)
S - little bit of leftover pork chops and rice w/mushroom soup gravy (gone)
D - going out for dinner and support group

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch:

EXERCITES:
none

 Hello! Let me just say insanity is tough!! But doable! 
B- protein coffee
S- Julian bread fried egg with cheese sour cream
L-spaghetti meat sauce with 1/2 cup noodles
S-almonds a few hot tamale candies.. Craving hot cinnamon 
D- Swiss cheese roll up

Vits - all but night
Water- still working on 60 ounces
Excercites- insanity

Would really like to go 20 more pounds, and my one year is coming up in a couple weeks! I know I won't make the 20 pound loss by then but I really want it off before Sept 1st!!

Looks like you're doing a good job. Just stay focused.

I think insanity counts. On the other site, someone posted a magnet saying: "I'll have a cafe mocha vodka Valium latte to go, please"

S: probably nothing unless I get hungry

lol  I had a good time and stayed too long at the bar before dinner...then we went to support group. Ooops.

 Hello,

I did better today with fluids  I got in about 40 oz will continue to work at it

Nuts
Inside of beef burrito
Cheese enchilada
Chicken pot pie

I wish I could eat like you all because it would help.  I feel full all the time I know RNY people that eat more than me.  I think my problem is the fact that I lost my stomach.

I will focus on Protein and fluids all day tomorrow

hello all my lovely dser's.  traveling for work today.  no breakfast.  ate enough almonds during the drive to count as a meal.  [bleeech]

double protein coffee
almonds
leftover steak
mini carrots
doritos
almonds
cookie
double protein coffee
frozen pizza  3 slices only ate 1 crust
lettuce free salad.  bacon bits, egg, carrots, blue cheese etc
slice of chocolate loaf cake
double protein coffee

vites:  swallowing bedtime batch now
fluids:9 0 oz
