D - leftover pork chops and rice w/mushroom soup gravy
S - Cheetos

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minutes walks

 Finally at maintenance stage.

Peanut butter
Grilled Chicken nuggets
Cheese enchiladas with no tortilla 
Shake n bake drumstick
Great northan beans


Struggled with vites today and need to get more fluid in.

I believe I am going to have to use a timer to get fluid in

Yeah!  Congratulations!

Use a timer or something to set an alarm to get those fluids in is a great idea.

Hi Gina,
Enjoyable day!
Had another surgery consult about my hernia today. I still want to do the TT with the repair and am leaning towards the original surgeons I saw. I know having it done will help me physically and mentally.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: Adkins granola bar
L: Brok's pizza
S: almo DS, CS ice cream bar
D: fish, salad
S: planning protein coffee

V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: walked around a lot of stores but didn't buy much, just enjoyed a day off

I'm glad you're pursuing getting that hernia fixed. It may help get your WL going again as well.

I'm still waiting for the final estimate from the original physicians with a change in hospitals. I should get something by email today. Then it's finding the time. I'm leaning towards the first week in July right after we get back from our vacation.

You know, I'm pretty sure the weight loss is done and I'm ok with that. I live in fear of gaining though.

S-cheese stick, Greek yogurt
D- hamburger patti with. Cheese

Vits - all plus 2 extra calcium and D3 trying to add an extra dose everyday
Water 60 plus

Excercites- insanity!
