good weekend.  got a lot accomplished.  finished our taxes. at least we don't owe this year. thank god.

double protein coffee
2 soft boiled eggs w/ 1 sl buttered toast mixed in
5 slices bacon
almonds
3 hershey kisses
double protein coffee
lone star for dinner:
7 oz salmon (ate 1/2 finished the rest at home)
few forkfuls of rice pilaf
firecracker chicken wraps
picked at a blue cheese salad
1 slice of bread w/butter
getting ready to have my usual nightcap:  double protein coffee

spark tally is 256 grams of protein today ) yay me !!!!!!!!!!!

vites: all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  80+ oz by bedtime

Hi Gina and Noreen,
Made it through my 7th day straight at work and it went much better today, got home and laid out by the pool for about 45 min to soak up that vit D.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: cheese nachos
S: CS ice cream bar
S: peanut butter
D: grilled steak kabobs and veggies, baked potato
S: strawberries leftover from dinner will be my snack when I'm not so full

V: one batch left
F: plenty

Water's too cold for me but not for DH. He says it's warmer than the ocean. It's so warm already, I shudder to think what out summer is going to be like.

Today I had three protein coffees, three cheese sticks, and half a cup of cottage cheese.  Water is done and I'm on time with the vites.
