TGIF! This has been a heck of a week and I will have some work to do next week to get this 5 pounds off. I'm hoping it's just sodium and the lack of exercise while I've been at the workshop.

Awesome protein numbers. Miracle Whip, huh? lol  My dad will eat nothing but Miracle Whip. I don't think I knew what mayo was until I was in the 6th grade.

I got a little off track while moving.. No scale so hopefully I didn't gain to many either!!

So, Gina, is the worst over for awhile? There's nothing I hate more than heat, humidity, traffic and COMMUTING! I guess I'm way too picky!

Had my first iro. Infusion today. I was there maybe 25 minutes total. My ferritin from earlier this week was back down to 8.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes

V: one batch left (discovered the "problem".....my gummy calcium, now I'm back to VL calcium)
