S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - burned my popcorn so I found 2 fun size bags of peanut M&Ms
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn & NutThins
D - 1/2 a rally thick cheese burger (no bun) & mushrooms
S - 2 GS cookies and CarbSmart ice cream

evening batch: done
EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

I'm getting there, now if the weight will LEAVE there....I'll be doing happily!
B: protein coffee (didn't feel so good this a.m. so that is all I had)
L: philly beef breadless sandwich (roast beef, green pepper, onion, 2 pc provalone cheese), 2 PB cookies; protein coffee
S: cottage cheese w/ a tbsp. dorothy lynch dressing and 2 slices colby jack cheese; protein coffee
S: 1/4 c. sunflower nuts; protein coffee
d: 2 pcs fried chicken, protein coffee
s: 2 pcs fried chicken, 2 deviled eggs (whole eggs made like deviled eggs)
vites: all in
water: 125oz +
ordered my work out video, studied, no workout YET!
