gs cookies rule! my laptop is gone wacky.  don't know why it is underlining and typing in bold. 

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
9 slices turkey bacon
2 donut holes
sunflower seeds
leftover taco meat w/cheddar and black olives
double protein coffee shake
diner for dinner:
crab stuffed flounder
corn
matzo ball soup (ate broth and a tiny bit of broth)
2"x4" pc of oreo cake
double protein coffee

vites:  all good
fluids:  80+ oz

I'll be glad when cookie season is over. I think I will try to have no more than 2 after dinner...I do not need to be grazing on them at work.

I did ok, then I made thosee flourless peanut butter cookies, haven't had a cookie in forever without paying for it.... :( 

B: scrambled omlet (2 eggs, 4 pieces bacon, 1/3 c. shredded cheddar)
     protein coffee
S:  protein coffee
L: cheese wrap (posted on here i found yesterday) w/ roast beef and raw baby spinach, mayo
S: cheese popcorn w/ butter (homemade)
S: chaboni smoothie (blueberries, milk, chaboni vanilla yogurt) 
D: spaghetti squash casserole
S: 6 pb cookies
S: cheese wrap

Water:  100+ oz.
Vites: all taken
excersie:  none....brain work again.  (I did order a walkit wii game today, looks like something I could get into, love to go for walks, but finding time to leave the house not good, this looks doable!)

Lunch-chicken w/carrots and water chestnuts

Dinner-2 eggs & 2 bacon
