just sneaking in here quickly.  i am trying to finish up some last minute work.

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
7 slices turkey bacon
4 slices lebanon bologna
double protein coffee
2 large homemade meatballs
mini carrots
few corn chips
rice krispie treat
double protein shake
home made tacos - corn tortilla shell/meat/avocado/salsa/cheese/black olives
2 hershey kisses
planned:  my usual night cap of protein coffee

vites:  missed a calcium
fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime.

I'm glad you posted, Noreen. Fewer and fewer are showing any interest in B&V. I still need it for accountability though. Your Bites look good. I think you're maintaining control very well.

I read it daily! I'm pre-op waiting to hear back from insurance, so I always find it interesting.  I just wish more people would post.  I've noticed a few people say they don't post because they don't want to give pre-ops the wrong ideas of what to eat.  Not sure if that's true or not. But I found these threads very useful when I first started researching....and still do :)

 Hi Guys

Tried a new restaurant again. Its our new goal, not to eat at the same place if we can help it. Its more fun to try new dishes, and take some home for the next day.

B- Premier vanilla protein shake- 30g p
S-fresh apple, no skin, 20oz Caffeine  Mio & Miralax
L- Premier vanilla protein shake- 30g p
S-20oz caffeine mio
D- 1" square pc tofu/fried w/light coating, 1/4 fish cheeks grilled, chicken breast on a stick w/red peppers & onion slices, and sweet/sour sauce.
S- 5 bites cheese cake w/whipped cream- way too full for this, asked my husband not to share next time!!!
V-1 to go
F-done
E- house  moving ,lifting, walking all day in and out of the house upstairs and around the yard w sprinkler workmen. Fixed all the sprinklers, now I can work on renovating the lawn and flower beds!!!!
